Natalia Poblete Saez, Winemaker from the Universidad Católica de Chile, makes her first harvest in 2007 at Cousiño de Macul, Buin. In August of this year she carried out a harvest in Atalon, California. In 2008 she harvested in De Martino, Isla de Maipo and at the end of 2008, she joined the Santa Rita Estates team, occupying the position of assistant winemaker at Viña Sur Andino. In 2011, she joined the team at William Cole Vineyards, Casablanca Valley, as assistant winemaker. In mid-2013, she quit his job and set out on a trip around the world. This trip included wine tourism and work in Australia where she harvested at the SHAW + SMITH vineyard. She returned to Chile in mid-2014 and soon joined the Casa Bauza team as a winemaker in charge of the project, located in Maipo Norte (Til Til).

Maria Jose Ortuzar Alessandri, Winemaker from the Catholic University of Chile, worked in 2007 at Don Melchor de Viña Concha y Toro. Then she decides to adventure to other countries to increase his experience in harvesting Lawson's Dry Hill, New Zealand; Kendal Jackson Monterrey, United States; Yarra Burn Australia; G.D. Vajra, Italy. In 2010, she returned to Chile and joined the Santa Rita Estates team as an assistant winemaker at Nativa Eco Wines, with a short trip this year to carry out the harvest at Le Vins de Vienne, France, returning to continue as assistant winemaker at Nativa Eco Wines. The year 2014 turns his path and decides to work in the commercial area of Santa Rita Estates, where she works until 2018. In 2019, all the energy is dedicated to Moretta Wines.
